Combined tunnel drying principle with heat pump, the tunnel type heat pump dryer adopts segmented design to simplify the wind circulation system and reduce fan energy consumption and air duct heat loss. Each segment can be designed and operated independently according to different drying cycles. Modular structure simplifies the on-site assembly. Tunnel dryer can meet large-scale industrial and agricultural drying demands.

Applications:
Suitable for scenarios of large-scale industrial or agricultural product drying.Superior to traditional tunnel dryers in terms of either energy saving, drying quality, eco-friendliness, safety or operability.
Tunnel type heat pump dehumidification dryer is designed as fully enclosed, where drying process would not be affected by ourdoor temperature/humidity which is variable to weather,season or area. It uses electricty as the only energy source, will not generate any flue or discharge waste heat, thus can meet stringent environmental protection regulations. The machine adopts advanced heat-recovering and dehumidification technology, and unique design of heat-isolation chamber and heat recovery devices in the tunnel inlet and outlet. These features help save energy significantly.
Each segment is about 3~8m long, which can well accomodate different dryer modules. A few types of traction devices (ground pull chains, hydraulic push rods etc.) and guide rails make stuff feeding and discharging quite easy.
